Thank you so much for considering commissioning me. Please read over my TOS and choose if I am the right fit for helping you bring your idea to life!

CrowVarium reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason if we do not feel we cannot adequately deliver the commissioner's request.CrowVarium will also refuse to copy another artist’s style and we will reject your commission if asked to do so.

Commission TOS (Terms of Service

Every commission gets 2 free revisions, after the 2 it is a $10 fee per revision.Every Commission comes with a JPEG/PNG image.
For content creators you get a high quality PNG image.
Commercial Use comes with a high quality PDF/PNG done in CMYK.FOR CONTENT CREATORS AND MANUFACTURING:
Monetized Content (Youtube, Twitch, Streaming) - $25Commercial Use (Printing and Production) - $75

Commission Time

Commissions can take upward to about 3-6 weeks to complete, if it needs to be longer this will be communicated to the commissioner. I work a full-time job so your commission could take awhile to be complete.

Payment

Payments will be handled through PayPal.
Payment must be made in full or at least a 50% deposit before work will be started on your commission.Your commission will not be sent to you unless full payment has been made.Please DO NOT send any payment until the commission is reviewed and accepted, we will send an invoice once accepted.

Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds after the delivery period, unless the promised delivery time has not been met. If the commission passes the promised delivery date, then the commissioner has the right to request a refund.

AI / NFT

CrowVarium prohibits all use of art to be used in NFT or AI training.

Copyright

CrowVarium keeps all copyright to images created by our artists.
Any changes or revisions to the original image without our consent is strictly forbidden.
Please reach out to us if you wish to have anything worked on after commission delivery.

What we will draw:

  • Horror/Gore thematics

  • Complicated designs

  • Armour

  • Animal features (tails, ears, etc.)

  • Wings

What can be attempted:

  • Mecha

  • Furry

  • Robots

What can't be drawn:

  • Animals

  • Chibi

  • Automobiles

  • Heavily Detailed Backgrounds

CrowVarium will NOT accept a commission if it is seen as hateful, this includes:

  • Racism

  • Homophobia

  • Transphobia

  • Sexist

  • Pedophilic

  • Hateful Speech

If any commissioner persists on commissioning us with these themes you will be permanently blacklisted from all CrowVarium commissions.
This includes other members.

Icon Commissions - $15

Icon commissions are close up headshots of your character for social media icons. Usually comes with a solid colour background or simple design.

Surprise Me! (Skeb) - $20

This is a commission where you provide me a character and I interpret them in my way to surprise you.
(This tier does not come with revisions or a sketch. You will only receive the final product upon completion.)

Character Headshot - $30

Character headshots are generally focused on the bust of a character, this is neck-up view. Comes with simple background

Character Half-Body - $40

Character Half-Bodies are waist up commissions with simple background.

Character Full-body - $50

Character full-body are simple background images with your character either static or in a fun pose.

Full Character Illustration - $70

These are more detailed full character illustrations with a more intricate background.

Custom Character Design - $80-$100
